Telescoping kelly Auger
rig built for low clearance applications, like inside buildings, elevators, basements,
under building roof
overhang, etc..
The high-torque machine turns augers 24" up to 60" in diameter, to ~30 feet deep,
and has four ~7 foot long stages of the kelly that fit inside each other,
and telescope down or up, on command,
with power crowd (pull-down).
This awesome machine is mounted on a DMR brand Mini-Excavator body, and is powered
by the excavator Yanmar Model 301 2-cylinder Diesel engine.
Some augers included.

Also,
One "Inside the Elevator shaft" drill, for re-drilling of old shafts,
or replacement of leaking elevator hydraulic cylinders, with PVC Liners.
This
is a Custom-Built machine that is carried into the building, assembled inside old the elevator
shaft, and used
to re-bore, lengthen, or modify the old system.
This machine has four stages, attaches to the old elevator
rails, and has it's own power source.
